Having been on two previous Viking cruises (one river, one ocean), we knew the high standards we could expect from Viking. We traveled with another couple and had adjacent rooms near the front of the boat. Our rooms were comfortable and our balcony provided a lovely vantage point from which to watch the scenic villages on warm cruising days. Our room was kept clean and tidied up during the day.

Loved the cappuccino machine (and visited it often), and meals were always delicious. Tours were always well organized and informative. I liked the freedom to roam our port villages whenever we were docked, especially when others in our group preferred to stay on the river boat. Port talks were informative In planning the next day's activities. Entertainment was varied and indicative of the areas we were visiting. Traveling with Viking is always a pleasure. Even when a problem occurs, Viking is prompt in making amends.
