The Viking Representative was waiting for us on our arrival at the airport. However, It would have been helpful to have had a "heads up" on which line for customs at Heathrow airport as we lost almost an hour waiting on the wrong line. Our arrival at the Viking Sun was welcoming and from the moment we stepped on the ship we could not have wanted more. The ship is immaculate, the service and staff always there to please. We enjoyed the classical duo, two young talented ladies from Hungary who added many evenings of fine listening and elicited a beautiful atmosphere of European Class and elegance. The dining and food were abundance and quality was far beyond anything we had experienced on any other cruise. The disembarkation went smoothly with a Viking representative guiding us to the proper line at the airport. Going forward I will only travel on Viking.
