Have done Viking Ocean before and realized that this was the first year that they were doing the Alaska route. We were so impressed with our previous experience, we wanted to try them again. The Viking Orion is a beautiful ship and the staff keep it looking brand new every day. We particularly enjoyed the various dining options - the World Cafe, The Restaurant and the pool side cafe. Each has its own ambience and type of service, but each is equal in quality and service. We also enjoyed a session in the planetarium which is new for Viking Ocean. Something different that we enjoyed. Spent several sessions in the Spa and had wonderful treatments. Felt like new people when we left. We spaced them between the more demanding excursion days so that we would be relaxed after those days. Treatments were professional and awesome. Thought the overall experience was wonderful! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
