We traveled to Cozumel/ Progreso and it was fabulous. From the first time you stepped onto the ship you had a friendly welcome from the staff to the last day of the cruise. We flew into New Orleans and took the shuttle to the boat which was so convenient. Highly recommend to do this way. Since we shuttled we were able to board the ship right away and did not have to stand in the line. This process made boarding the ship go very quick and easy. Since the cabins would not be ready until 1:30pm we enjoyed out lunch on the Lido deck with plenty of options. Our luggage arrived at out door within plenty of time to unpack then go and explore the ship. The ship was very clean every day and our housekeeping staff were great. This is my 3rd cruise and we decided to get a porthole and was on the second floor. It was amazing to look out the porthole and see the sea right below you and be able to watch sunsets/sunrise.

The cruise director KEVIN and his assistant GEORGA was AMAZING.. Kevin was so energetic and got the party going all the time. His enthusiastic nature was outstanding and you could tell he so enjoyed his job. He always got the people involved in all activities. We went to the nightly shows that were fabulous!

We were able to do early dining at 6pm which was perfect to be able to do excursions, return get showered, eat then enjoy the evening shows. Read more
