Embarkation was illogical- lines going upstairs, then downstairs to immigration then lines to Border patrol.
Disembarkation was poorly organized in the theater for those traveling to Seward via the Alaskan train. The NCL person was giving out confusing info regarding leaving the theater. People were exiting the ship without any knowledge of the train. Upon disembarking, I turned over my voucher to the Train and received my seat assignment. Total misinformation from NCL.
Inside Cabin 9673 was very quiet. Cabin Steward Muhammad Shalahuddin was very gracious, helpful and attentive.
