Some friends were going so we went on this cruise. Our trip to the West Caribbean was cut short when hurricane Dorian first formed. They informed us we were not going to Cozumel and heading back to Tampa. The only thing they did to help us make arrangements for when we got back early was make us pay for internet. So far the only thing they have refunded me is about $50 for gratuity charges. They wouldn't tell us how much or when we would be getting any more money refunded. The entertainment was very marginal in a tiny room where are there was basically standing-room-only most of the time, the waterslide didn't work and they nickel and dimes you for every little thing. The cabin was okay and I enjoy the little towel animals. The food was good and the employees were helpful and pleasant. The officers were arrogant and unhelpful after they told us they were cutting the trip short.
