Cabin: Spa Balcony
Our first cruise was with NCL Breakaway and we so enjoyed it that we cruised with NCL again!
We loved the Epic Thermal Spa, its size and the small outdoor area was lovely! Spice H2O had a pool that was available on most days which made this loud and overcrowded area more pleasant. Posh and Vibe on both ships are not worth the investment.
Thanks to our travel agent Keith Belanger with Dream Vacations, we landed the best Spa Balcony Room we could have had - steps away from the gym and Thermal Spa, which are essentials for OUR vacation happiness. The gym on Epic was large and diverse enough to satisfy our gym-rat needs while on vacation :-)

Port Reviews
Port Canaveral (Orlando)
Very little of interest in Port Canaveral. We rented a car and drove down the coast exploring some of the beach towns south of Cocoa Beach.
Ocho Rios
Town is dirty and full of hustlers. My husband is a savvy and experienced traveler. He found a good independent business man; and, after extensive negotiations enjoyed a personal small boat cruise, snorkel and horse back ride. Many thanks to him!
Grand Cayman (Georgetown)
We walked to Seven Mile Beach and took the public pathways to the beach. Very enjoyable, beautiful water, generally clean and friendly. Out port day was a Sunday, so little shopping was available.
Harvest Caye
Enjoyed stand up paddle boarding. It would be nice to see this area cleaned up along the water's edge along with some environmentally and native animal friendly landscaping. Pool was outstanding.
Costa Maya
Took a boat to Playa del Carmen and enjoyed walking along shore and shops. We took a few taxis to different areas and the drivers were consistently friendly, helpful, and patient in spite of my poor Spanish and general ignorance of the culture. Many thanks to them!
