I don't understand all of the negative reviews. We are Americans who booked a cruise on an Italian cruise line, hence the name Medditeran Shipping Co aka MSC. There were hardly any Americans on board, we expected this and knew this. The food was excellent, pizza was amazing, the customer service was outstanding and the kids club was phenomenal. Our cabin was a little small but the ship was immaculate. We had turndown service 2x daily. Loved MSC so much, we booked another cruise on while on board. If you are American, do realize you will be one of few Americans on board hanging out with mostly European and South Americans. If you can open your eyes and mind to other cultures on board, you will have a great time. Our cruise was a great value for the money, it was everything we expected it to be and more. Love MSC!

Our daughter loved the do re mi splash club and the kids club. We brought her wonder woman cape as they do a superhero night. She was in the show the last night of the cruise.

The food was amazing, especially the pizza. They had pizza for breakfast lunch and dinner. We ate in the main dining room the first night and we had a great 3 course meal. Breakfast had a wide variety of food and the dinner buffet did not disappoint. The gelato was out of this world! Read more
