1. The service has incredibly declined from what it used to be , staff is not friendly . 2. The food at the Garden Cafe was the same food for 7 straight days for lunch lots of burgers, hot dogs , salads and lots and lots of Indian food. 3. The main dining room was nothing that made me want to come back every night and the specialty dinning were always booked. 4. The shows were great one of the best . 6. The wait times at the O’sheehan’s restaurant is more than 30 minutes for you to get just half and order of chicken wings. 7. We were woken up every single day from the engine noise and guest service didn’t do anything about it , they wanted to try to move us at night on the 6th day.8.Barely any activities unless they want you to spend money . 9. This was the trip during Hurricane Dorian, the captains communication was horrible , we were intended to set sail from Cozumel on Friday and arrive in Miami on Sunday morning , the captain changed his mind so many times that we couldn’t leave when we needed to since people were partying overnight thinking the ship will leave at 4am .

NCL has lost a costumer , will not cruise with them again the service has significantly decline , they are so focused in making you waste money on specialty dining and everything else that the costumer service has declined .

Cabin Review

Inside Stateroom

Cabin ID

Regular room, besides noise of the the engines starting up and anchors being dropped from being in the front of she ship. Deck 8.

We didn’t have one day that the room steward left a towel pet on the bed. NOT ONCE.
