After sailing with the same group on MSC Magnifica in August 2017, I was looking forward to a similar or better vacation experience - great entertainment, complimentary drinks package, delicious meals, affordable photo package, etc.
The embarkation process was effortless and we were ushered to our cabins in quick time. The room was adequate but the bathroom was extremely small.
The buffet on Deck 11 offered limited menu choices throughout the entire cruise. The roast chicken was the only memorable meal. The drinks were watered down. Coffee was great!

The taxi drivers appeared aggressive which compelled me to return to the ship early. There was no adequate shelter for the unexpected rain between ship and shopping centre.
Grand Cayman (Georgetown)
Tender was comfortable and workers professional and accommodating. The shopping experience was great and the store clerks were helpful.
Cozumel
The shopping was good but the merchants were intimidating sometimes. I guess it's the culture.
Costa Maya
A lot of history but difficulties with communication.
