This was our first cruise decided on Norwegian for the free at sea promotion. The staff was so attentive and fun in particular the wait/bar staff. Feel like we made friends actually kind of miss some of them! They were personable remembered our names and drink preferences I was really impressed. The only negative I can think of is the food options being a vegetarian I thought the options were pretty limited. We did eat at Cagneys which was really good. The main dining rooms were good. O’sheehans was our favorite the staff was fun and added to the whole vacation feel. The decor onboard was dated but the cleanliness made up for this. The cruise director, Richard was engaging and had more energy than just about anyone I’ve ever seen! There were so many options of things to do you could make your cruise exactly what you want it to be. Entertainment was great.
