Overall a great trip. The food and service was wonderful, our only suggestion would be to change the times of the entertainment. Some of the included excursions were just very general coach tours, so we were glad that we had chosen optional ones, too

Compared to other cruises we have been on, embarkation and disembarkation were a breeze. It was very nice not to be "upcharged" for everything as on other cruise lines, like the specialty restaurants and use of the spa. Our precruise stay in london was nice, the hotel was a great location. Viking picked us up at the airport, very convenient. Our travel agent did help us work put some flight issues, and I wish that our local airport could have been included in viking air. We like cruising and will consider viking again depending on the costs. We do get frequent mailings from them and will watcj for sales. Overall a lovely trip
