We booked to go on the Norwegian Sun at the very last minute as the dates suited us. Although we have cruised over 50 times, we always stayed clear of Norwegian. Unfortunately, I read the ships reviews after booking and as a result our expectations were not very high. However, our experience turned out to be absolutely excellent. From the clean rooms to the food and service; everything was first class. I am not sure where some of the negative reviews come from, but based upon our experience, they are false.

Getting on the ship was a breeze, Dining in the main restaurant was very good. The premium beverage package was well worth it, we had two dinners in the fancy restaurants, one (French) was the highlight.

We were so impressed, that we purchased some of Norwegians future deposits and are already looking forward to our next cruise with them.
