Been on Norwegian many times and most of them were nice.However, I think NCL needs to make some changes so everyone can enjoy the ship more.The pool was too deep for us to swim in,why cant they make one end of the pool about 4 1/2 to 5 ft instead of 5"7" to over 6 ft deep. We tried to go in and then had so much trouble using the ladders to get out, it was horrible. On other ships you just go down a few steps and your in or out.Older people or people who are disabled cant even enjoy the pool because of this.Also they took away smoking on one side of pool deck so now you have to either climb all those steps to Bimini Bar or freeze to .death in the Cigar Lounge.Why is it so cold almost everywhere on the ship?We were freezing most of the time!! The buffet wasn't the greatest, but Cagney's was great.I have to say though the staff onboard was most helpful.

Been on 13 cruises with them but dont think I would go with them again.oo many changes all the time
