We wanted to try Princess, as it's supposed to be a little more upscale. We also liked the choice of ports.

The first thing we noticed is that the passengers are a little older and more moneyed then other cruises we've been on. The average age was at least 60. Many, many of the passengers were repeat passengers in the elite category. Obviously, Princess has a loyal following.

I'll break down my experiences by area.

Quebec City

Visited the old city. Very nice. Lots of restaurants. Did the hop on hop off bus tour. Do this first.
