Cuba price reductions were very tempting as was “status match”. “Bella Class” reminded me of near-steerage at times, but cabin was close to elevator and main decks were very close.
Staff was friendly, but every announcement was made in six additional languages, each longer than the last.
Food at buffet was pretty much same as dining room except for appetizers and desserts, in neither case was the delay in eating really worth getting a miniature Baked Alaska or miniature Boston Cream Pie. Cocktails with the Captain (who was absent and ill) consisted of carbonated white wine or non -alcoholic fruit punch, with zero food products.
Obstructed view? If you look in exactly the right direction, one can see water. Bright lights on outside window all night make one uncertain when sun has risen. Anyone over 200 pounds or so will need a can opener to take a shower. And in Queen bed mode, one has an eight-inch space to walk through to get to bed.
