We had been on 2 cruises with Norwegian before to Bermuda and loved the first and liked the second. This one, however wasn’t great, although, Alaska was incredible. The food was mediocre in all complimentary areas, the entertainment was limited and some was a repeat of previous cruises, although the performers were great! We had multiple billing problems before cruise and airline reservations were undoable. We had 2 different booking agents, the second one began to assist us 1 month before. The stateroom was a little better with a new, larger bathroom than previous. The staff were great, but definitely afraid of their supervisors, because they need these jobs. The latitudes program is worthless unless you are in high status. We, basically got a bottle of sparkling wine, which we asked if we could have a non alcohol alternative and they said, no. I will definitely look into other cruise lines for our next cruise.
