We chose this cruise for our anniversary celebration, and boy was it worth it. The VIP services were Great! The butler, concierge, and cabin steward were exceptionally helpful, courteous and professional. They made us feel important and appreciated. The ship was clean and welcoming. The only drawback was the dense smoke in casino. Suggest that a separate location for non smokers be considered. The first on/off was certainly a great perk. The Captain's cocktail hour was good and enjoyable. We're already in planning stage for our next cruise. The food was good, wait time was a little long at the 7 seas restaurant. We'll tell our friends to surely go VIP cruising and get spoiled. De-barkation was as easy as embarkation not a bad experience. All staff encountered was met with pleasantries and professionalism. Our butler Francis was very courteous and helpful attended to all our requests and desires, we wanted to bring him home!!!
