After some research and customer reviews of cruise liners, I was impressed with the very favorable customer service and outstanding safety records of the Norwegian Cruise Liners. During the week-long Bermuda vacation of my family comprisong three generations, we had wonderful rest in two spacious state rooms, authentic ethnic cuisines to chose from, four evenings of fine dining, exciting activities for kids and adults as well as fantastic entertainments in the evenings. The house keeping and the guest services staff were very cordial and extremely eager to offer comfort and enjoyment. The hygienic conditions and the ambience in the state rooms as well as on the decks were quite acceptable. NCL through operations research seems to have so nicely standardized the process of boarding the ship and the disembarkation including the luggage collection that my family had no stress and all this was incredibly smooth. On the whole, myself and my family of six had a wonderful time and a very memorable vacation to Bermuda, which we all will remember for a long time. We will be happy to board again another NCL cruise ship to a new destination for a renewed adventute!
