I don't know that I can ever cruise again without The Haven experience. The moment you enter the terminal on embarkation day, you are whisked away from the lines of weary travelers into a private room with a light buffet and private check-in. Once you have received your stateroom keys, you are escorted directly onto the ship where an employee is waiting at a dedicated private elevator to take you up to The Haven Lounge, where you meet the concierge team and receive further information about The Haven.
We took full advantage of our Concierge team (Patrick and Lester were awesome!) booking shows and dinner reservations at the specialty restaurants. They were even able to manage last-minute timing changes on 2 separate nights to reservations for a group of 11 guests. Any time we were leaving The Haven and heading down into the general areas of the ship, we asked Patrick or Lester for an escort and they would take us down the staff elevators (in express/priority mode - no stops) to the deck of our choice and walk us directly into whichever show/restaurant/lounge we were heading to.
The same service applied for going ashore in Bermuda. No waiting for elevators or jammed in a line of people to disembark. Private escort right to deck 4 and walk off the ship. On the last day in port, we stepped off for some last-minute shopping and were caught in a torrential downpour. Once we reached the boarding line, the ship's officers were waiting with umbrellas to pluck Haven guests from the line and escort us back onto the ship. Once through security screening - back to the private elevators and upstairs to get changed.
Spacious and well-appointed. Enjoyed escaping back to the stateroom and relaxing on the huge balcony.
