First time on Norwegian, was very impressed with service, food and entertainment. Found that getting around the ship was easy and much quicker than other cruises. The dining experience was also a bonus. Easy to make reservations for the different dining rooms. The service staff was attentive and very friendly. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of our inside room. We normally like a balcony, but we were very comfortable in this cabin.

We also found that when we needed to ask guest service questions, there were very short lines which was quite a plus.

The embarkation process was simple and quick and the debarkation was the quickest and easiest we have ever gone through. Read more
