outstanding service, people literally bend over backwards to accommodate your every need . Pool area way too crowded (jersey shore) vibe. If that's what you are looking for great. Not for me with wife and kids. Water slide lines took too much time. Just too many people for the water accommodations . Really enjoyed the overall experience. I can't say enough about the food and the staff. The room was very nice, very much enjoyed the bathroom was not expecting it to be so nice (shower with jets great water pressure) double sink. Bed was very comfortable . Top notch all the way. The few specialty restaurants we took advantage of were exceptional. I would give this experience 8 out of 10. I had a friend who went on the same ship a few weeks before me, went with the haven option. I did not, think next time around that would be the way to go. Balcony was very enjoyable.
