From the moment we boarded in Venice to the time we left this cruise was an absolute nightmare.

Firstly there were incredible lines waiting to board making everyone stand in the sun in above 40 degree temperatures. There were only two people handling this and it was so poorly run. Then we left the port 10 hours later than scheduled which then impacted on the time we spent in Split, Croatia. We spent the grand total of two hours in port!!!!There were four other cruise ships in port at the time and all of the others left at scheduled time. All of the port stops were short and rushed! The disembarkation procedures were appalling and poorly processed. The entertainment on board was pathetic and the activities did not cater for all passengers. The quality of the buffet food was terrible and was continually the same and some of the reception staff were rude and did not know what they were doing.

This cruise was supposed to be the relaxing end to a wonderful European holiday but it turned out the be such a disappointment! Will NEVER use this cruise line again!

Cabin Review

Cabin I1-Interior

Cabin was the best part of the cruise. Bed comfortable and the room was a reasonable size. Only complaint was the shower curtain.

Port Reviews

Venice

Had been already staying in Venice and it is an amazing city!

Split

Because of 10 hour delay in departing we were only able to spend two hours in port. We did not thank goodness take one of the ships overpriced tours. We were able to get a driver to take us on a whirl wind tour of the island for a fraction of what the cruise liner was charging. What we saw was amazing but would have liked to have had the 10 hours originally scheduled on the island!!!!!

Santorini

Once again only a three hour stop and only got to see a fraction of the island! Once again we found our own transport for a fraction of what the ship was charging!

Mykonos

Once AGAIN a short stop! AND being an evening stop didn't really get top see the beauty of this island

Dubrovnik

We found our own way around the island and what we saw in the few hours was wonderful!

Ancona

Once again we did NOT use the ships tours as they are horrendously overpriced! Not much to see in this port! Really only a stop to pick up extra passengers.
