I just came of a 8 day cruise on the Carnival Horizon and it was the worst experience I have ever had on a Carnival ship.
I will start by saying that the boarding process was fine. Once on board we went to the Lido deck while waiting for the cabins to be ready.
When we did go to our cabin #6445, we found that the cabin was nice, but we found that there were not any bathrobes in the cabin which your advertising states that there should be. I will say that the cabin steward Muh was very good and did a good job throughout the week.
