We wanted to see he coast of Alaska and had cruised with Princess before. They offered a package that included airfare, transportation and the cruise. We enjoyed everything. My husband uses a motorized scooter on the ship. All the ports and lots of the excursions could accommodate the scooter. Touring the Glaciers was incredible! Especially College fjord. Having a Naturalist as per of the crew was wonderful. His commentary as we cruised through the Glaciers was perfect and we enjoyed his seminars. This ship is smaller than the last few ones we've been on, so there weren't as many shops and the casino was small. The food in all the restaurants and the buffet was good and there was a nice variety. All the crew were very pleasant and helpful. The ship is easy to get around - my husband uses a motorized scooter on board so that is an important factor for us. Also, on this cruise, all the Ports and quite a few of the excursions could accommodate the scooter.
