Was hoping to go to Cuba. Are travel plans were changed. Had already been to the Bahamas. The weather was bad . Couldn’t go to your private beach because of rain. Pool hours on boat were over to early in day . Towel service on boat is terrible. Why should you have to keep up with a towel. Charged for internet service not used. The cruise needs better entertainment and activities. Not enough pool and hot tub space for all guest. Not enough lounge chairs at the pool area. I will say all the staff were very good. They made you feel welcome. Everyone took care to make sure you enjoyed your experience. We didn’t have any problems getting on or off the boat. Our suitcases were delivered to are rooms very fast and they were picked up for us the night before. That made our departure go very smoothly.
