Have sailed on Princess many times. This will for sure be the last one. From the embarkation, to debarkation, the entire experience was miserable, rude, and a complete joke. By second day you could only shake your head and laugh at Princess and how bad they are operating today versus where they were 23 years ago when we first sailed their line.

The ship was dirty. The hallways were filthy. The carpeting was filthy. There was debris and dirt, with plenty of dust in our room. The ship was understaffed. Lines everywhere for everything. Several times not able to accommodate any time diners. Waited up to an hour for seating. Children attending the wine tasting events and screaming babies during the wine tasting events...Children running up and down the hallways all hours of the night banging on doors and screaming. The spa not honoring reservation times confirmed in writing by Princess 90 days in advance.

Double booking of event locations for different events at the same time. Captains party and Trivia booked at the same location for the same time...Do they not have a calendar they use for scheduling events?

Cabin BD

Dirty, old and out dated. Mold and mildew on the bath tub caulking. Dirt and dust on the shelving unit. Linen and excess bedding stored under the bed that was not for this cabin. Ship was way over sold, way too many people. Extended lines for everything. No seating in bar areas most of the time. Anytime Dining could not accommodate the number of people on the ship. Waited numerous times, one night up to an hour for "anytime dining". Requested wheel chair assistance well in advance. was told by Princess rep we don't have enough wheel chairs it would be faster if they walked. Line to get tickets to get off the ship in Juneau, 2 hour wait. They only had one person working the table to hand out grouping tickets to get off the ship. Made a few appointments, 90 days in advance for spa services, upon arrival, the times had been changed. Despite having my printed confirmation times via email from Princess, the Spa Manager tells me my reservation times are not firm, they can move the times without notice as they are an independent company and are not bound to the reservation times made at the Princess web site. Very nice...no availability most mornings in the fitness center. Lines up to an hour to get a treadmill. Asked if I could use the TRX straps as there was none other exercise equipment available for use at 8 am in the morning. Was told I'd have to sign up for and pay for the TRX class to use the TRX straps, and that was the only way one could use the TRX straps...nice...the ship was dirty, old, smelly, and the entire trip was miserable and a complete waste of money and time. Never again on Princess....
