I am a long standing Latitudes member, and love Norwegian cruises, until my recent time aboard the Breakaway! Service was awful, staff were disengaged, officers were publicly screaming at the staff, and things just seemed disorganized overall. Stateroom service was nearly completely absent, and things always had to be asked for multiple times.
When speaking to guest services, we were brushed off.
Buffet areas were poorly stocked and taken care of, even for sail-away.

The room could have been great if service was there to match the ship's grandeur. Without it, it was just an average room with a constant need to beg for supplies and service!

Loved the Belize Spice Farm and Botanical Garden. Beautiful venue, amazing smells and views. Would love more chances to purchase their goods at the end of the tour, but otherwise would recommend this excursion to anyone!

Was fun to snorkel, but was very rushed teaching about how to use the BOSS device. NOT a novice experience!
