Wasn't informed why a Hot Stone Massage was to be 270.00 when asked if I wanted to upgrade from a regular deep tissue massage. Had a 3 meal package and was added the total price of an additional steak for 42.00 instead of some adjustment based upon cheaper offerings. Time spent in Victoria was supposedly to be from 8 to MN but unable to leave ship until 8:30 and On Board time was 11:30. Many rude people on elevators that weren't full and closed doors on us while we were trying to get on. No donuts available as we expected from previous cruises. Tough to get on an elevators at peak times but I guess was expected. Maybe needed to have more elevators. The show Havana had seemingly repeatable song and dance numbers as was overheard by others as well. Other than the cruise was as expected. Also my wife was walked in on while in her underwear by the porter after being asked if anyone was in the room.
