My wife and I booked this cruise for a quick mid-summer getaway. We have sailed out of Charleston many times and this time we parked off-site and took an Uber to the port.

The check-in process is ina modified building in the parking lot instead of the main terminal. Once we checked in less than five minutes we were shuttled over to the main terminal.

we had priority boarding so the boarding process was quick and easy.

Our room was ready when we arrived. Luggage was delivered about an hour later.

The balcony room was fine, except the bathroom door swung into the bathroom instead of the usual out. This was a real pain having to maneuver around the already small bathroom. The plus was the shower was larger than other ships we have been on. The decor was ok and our room steward Jay was great.
