The boat was overcrowded and not enough staff to attend to everyone. Since gratuities were suppose to be paid all upfront they did not have to work hard to get people there food or drinks, I waited 20-30 min for drinks and at dinner took 2hrs. at least. But then once you are on the boat they hit you with a 15$per person per day charge for someone to make up your room. If you want decent food you have to go to the specialty restaurant and pay for it. The adult pool was so small and way overcrowded. They had another adult pool but it had limited spots and fee was 210 per person for the week. The Spa was a nice facility. So one would think that after you pay for an overpriced massage you can use the rest of the amenities there but No that's an extra fee too. So be wary when you think you have an all inclusive they are so many hidden fees.

Also the shows sucked, Royal Caribbean is such a better cruise line.
