If you read enough reviews about this Cruise Ship and the ports of call, you will have a "spot-on" understanding of what you can reasonably expect. No more and no less. This review is a tribute to all who previously took the time to inform you of their experiences on this boat.

My expectations were greater than the reviews that were actually being written and being a person that sees the glass more than half full, I should not be surprised that I set my sights too high.

1. "MUTS" was the only feature on this ship that could keep you from considering a competitor visiting the same ports. I would guess that because "Movies Under the Stars" is so impressive, most ships in the future will have this feature. What has never been addressed is the 44 Speakers that make MUTS both a must see and hear for as many shows that could spark your interest. 2. Princess State Rooms are smaller than rooms offered by direct competitors and that alone would keep me from chosing Princess again. Balcony Rooms do not have the small couch that you come to appreciate and expect. A loss of about 5 feet in length. **** Choose another Cruise Line if you plan on having more than 2 people in one room and take note/compare/ontrast actual floor space. 3. Food was acceptable but mediocre. 4. Floors flowed poorly as described. 5. Entertainment was average at best. 6. We never previously considered going out of San Juan and this turned out to be a wonderful surprise! 7. The Pizza was good for being mass produced on a Cruise Ship. 8. The Ice Cream was readily accessible (No issues). 9. The Coffee Card is only worthwhile if you make sure to drink the two cup allotment per day. 10. Visiting 5 ports instead of 3 or 4 Ports was not overwhelming. I was concerned that I would be spending too much time off the boat, making me wonder why I was on a cruise. Not the most impressive ports that I have visited but no real complaints. 11. Restaurants lacked curb appeal. After several visits to the same restaurants, boredom set in. 12. Our cruise was only about 70% occupied (good for us!). If the boat would have been filled to capacity, we would have had to fight for seats at all venues (dinner, pools and entertainment.) Not a cruise ship to consider for summer voyages where ever room is booked or overbooked (more than 2 people per room.) 13.(Sappy but...)Actually enjoyed the Love Boat reruns that appeared everyday. A nice variety of channels and the flat screen TV was appreciated. 14. I am a tall man and had no problems using the bathroom shower. Don't spend too much time factoring this into your equation of choosing this boat. 15. Always bring a battery clock and a power strip for more plugs. A little "Wool Lite" and a clothes line helps when you want to re-wear that favorite garment. 16. Limited pressure from staff to buy drinks, pictures and other add-ons. 17. Casino: Small for a boat this big. As always, expect to enjoy losing your money!
