First I would like to give a shoutout to Denise Norwood who helped coordinate our flight, transfer to and from ship, our room, dining options and flight home. At one point I had a problem and she took charge and did not give up until she corrected it and kept me in the loop every few hours. Thank you Denise.

The Ruby Princess is a beautiful ship. We were so impressed with the size and the cleanliness of the ship. Our cabin was clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower was a little tight, but the water was nice and hot. The food was excellent. The buffet had so many choices and everything was fresh .there were so many activities on the ship and the entertainment was awesome. The casino was great. The service on the ship was above and beyond our expectations. We enjoyed all our shore excursions, we just wished we had more time in some ports. My grandson had the time of his life and wants to go again. He loved getting , hot dogs, pizza, milkshakes and smoothies . He gained 7 pounds and loved every ounce of it.

I would like to thank the crew for their excellent service. Getting on and off the ship went fast and smoothly.we met so many people from all over the world and they all worked together like one big happy family.
