Sail Date: Jul 2019

boat docked where we picked up bus for Salamanca trip
lounge bar

Pros and cons but overall a very pleasant cruise. We would choose Croisieurope again but not the Douro

Booking procedure and communication etc was excellent

The price was very reasonable and included drinks

Cabin Review

Cabin upper deck

Our cabin was fine, number 304 on the upper deck at the back. The engines are extremely noisy though, so don't expect any lie-ins

Luckily the sailing was not done at night, otherwise we would not have slept at all

We had a large opening window with Juliette balcony. The lighting is good. The beds are comfortable. The cabin is very clean. Water and toiletries are supplied. There is only one plug! So take a four way adapter. The shower pressure is poor.

Port Reviews

Vega de Terron (Salamanca)

The port itself had nothing! Maybe a cafe or two might open up later but we left at 7.30 am. The coach trip to Salamanca for the day was wonderful.
