Medallion embarkation started the cruise off strong. But Medallions didn't exactly work as advertised. Had to download 4 apps to get full use and some in our party couldn't download and/or us all of them so we were limited in functionality. Can't add shipmates to your medallion if they are minors not in your cabin (privacy issues) yet all the cabins list every occupant even if they are underage...seems like a privacy issue. Desserts in the Main Dining Room were disappointing every single night so we usually went to the buffet upstairs for dessert. Not sure why this cruise was so bad for desserts...for example, on Italian night there was no tiramisu in the Dining Room. But the buffet had tons of it. Probably a blessing in disguise from a weight perspective. The entrees started off strong but got progressively weaker throughout the week. Missing flavor and consistency. Not sure I would go again unless we got a really good deal and the itinerary was fantastic. Regal or Royal are hands-down superior.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin BE

Front of ship; larger balcony; looks down on another balcony; can see the bridge from the balcony. Had 2 chairs with ottoman and dining table. No chair or sofa in cabin. Very large TV. Very few outlets. Nothing by the bed--only on vanity by window. Our AC didn't work for 6 days of the cruise, room smelled like cigarette smoke on days 4-6, and soot started blowing out of the vent onto our bed during night 5. 3 of our 5 cabins had this same issue.
