First cruise and perhaps my last but the experience wast terrible. To start loud noises and rockus accured all hours of the night in our room. Feral children run rampid. Same days we got an itenerary of events and other days we did not. I tripped one night and fell into the toilet (yes the bathroom is on step and many people I've heard his happened). Customer service was all of he place some employees really tried to help guest while others didnt care. I think communication overall was tired.The rooms we very very small. The premium wi-fi ($51) was less than edge most of the cruise. The rooms never swept and the hallways dirty. It definitely wasn't worth the price. Food was the best thing. Gym is 3. I would like to see weight bar. Part of the resonbility falls on the guest too (again very load guest not sure what was going on or if it was fluke) .
