Everything was great on the ship, except some (15%-20%) of the meals were kind of bland. Nothing was bad, but some were simply not what we expected. As soon as we let the staff know, they followed up with us throughout the remainder of the cruise to make sure we were being taken care of. We felt honored and very special.

We stayed in one of the Penthouse Suites that came with butler service. Rex took great care of us and learned our snack tastes right away (to provide during the day). The cleaning and turn-down service were also perfect.

Twice during the cruise we were offered a $19.95 "all you can fit in this bag" laundry service. They offered it the second time only two days after the first offering, which we though was kind of quick. We would have used it for sure had it been a day or more later. Read more
