So, I've read just about every review on Carnival Liberty before our cruise (4/10), so I decided I should write one about my experience.

This was our first cruise and we went for 7 days to the Western Caribbean ports (Cozumel, Mexico, Grand Cayman, and Ocho Rios, Jamaica. It was my sister and her fiancE (23), myself (19), and my parents, who we were celebrating their 25th Anniversary.

Embarkation: The WORST part of the whole cruise I must say. It took us about 90 minutes to get on the ship. We had to stand in this horrendous line to get our carry-on bags checked. Then after you get through that you have to stand in a much LONGER line to check in and get your sail and sign card. I've read that embarkation goes pretty smoothly, well not in our case. I think that it could have been organized much better.
