This was by far the worst cruise I’ve ever been on. At the terminal the guest representative was handicapped deaf and could not hear or speak understandably.

Horrible ship in terms of layout and maintenance. They had poor customer service where the representatives do not understand English and most of the times do not answer their phones. This ship had filthy conditions, it was a hot ship, and had cheesy entertainment. Don’t expect clean conditions, proper air conditioning, working toilets, or temperate shower water (scalding hot only) in your room. Our room card for our steward provided a number that didn’t work and was told that the individual was on vacation! We were informed by other workers. This Ship is always warm and you really don’t cool off from the heat. The crew members Nickel and dime you for everything and the drinks are awful. Don’t expect the free coffee, lemonade, or water to be good either. Coffee is instant, water tastes funny, and lemonade is questionable. The free at sea unlimited drinks is a joke and they don’t make good drinks. You also get 1 small cup at a time and there’s always a long line. Got sick from either the improper food handling or the free water because I wouldn’t spend $5.50 for a bottle of Aquafina. For the entertainment, it’s all very cheesy. The White dance party is gone and now it’s a Glo party which is supposably family friendly, but they have rap music blasting or play Cardi B asking guests to sing along songs with the F bombs for all the younger kids to hear while they have a twirking contest with a woman in a thong doing obscene things on stage! Hardly something your kids should see! And out by the pool they had a man strip literally rip off his shirt, grind and do obscene things on the judges and then strip and wore nothing but his underwear! Also all the adult entertainment is held late the night before you arrive in port at 7:00 AM, and then again on your final night when you arrive very early as well. Poor planning on Norwegian’s part. Cruise with another company, NCL has changed, and not for the better. This cruiseline has become total trash.
