This cruise was a disaster from the beginning. Took the entire family to celebrate the high school graduation for my two oldest grandsons. When checking in at the terminal all but one of my group got their pass cards promptly. Getting the last card took over half an hour. Seems that they ran out of blank cards and had to wait until someone from the ship came down to bring more cards. How can you be expecting over 4,000 guests and not have over 4,000 cards?

At the end of our first day, we had an urgent message left in our cabin. Somehow, they lost the copies of our ID documents. I had to get them all together and go down to guest services at 1:00 am.

It took me four trips to guest services to get a credit card assigned to my daughters room for charges. The first three times we were assured that everything was set. After each time when they tried to use their card to pay for something they were told the account was closed. Finally got it right after the fourth trip.
