Our 30th wedding anniversary, last minute decision. Worst decision ever. Went to the dining room only once because slow service, food cold and tasted like it was cooked the week before. Maurice the Bartender and staff were awesome,

on deck 7, too bad the so called free drinks were a joke. I saw one customer from georgia drink at least 6 hennessey’s and he did not even get a buzz. I am not a drinker and i drank 5 pain killers and it was like i had five cups of koolaid. The bottled beer was weak too. We were definitely over charged for getting on that old tin can, which was nicely refurbished. does not have good shopping on board. Ncl was accommodating cruisers who were not able to cruise to cuba. So i feel we were overcharged for a four day cruise, as i have cruised on longer cruises with ncl. They really dropped the ball on the food they served 07/08/2019 thru 7/12/2019. Same stuff warmed over, sliced and diced, stewed and reused, over and over. Not the usual ncl food. Staff looked sad and beat down. Did not make for a pleasurable cruise. Then the cruise line wants customers to pay the staff salary through tips at the end of cruise. The cuba cruisers were given free cruise, money and 1/2 off next cruise according to the cruisers. So basically we felt like we were alone with other unsuspecting cruisers were paying for their trip. Ncl has lost its mind...
