Star princess Crew is the friendliest , service is top notch. They go above and beyond to make your stay a great experience. Our only complaint was the AC in room and refridgerator not working properly. The TV was in a bad spot when you came in off balcony you would bang your head. The entertainment was extraordinary like broad way shows from New York city. The cruise director Gary was the best. the room service the room stewards, bar tenders dining was top notch. The shops were expensive not much variety, the effy jewelry staff were very pushing when you walked by . The photos were great but way over priced, and so many people didnt buy there picture and they get thrown away. what a waste of paper. give people cheaper prices and you will sell more. the ship was very clean and fresh flower were in all bathrooms. The staff made getting on and off the ship run very smooth. the excursions were great except for victoria canada, we got into port in the evening everything was closing excursions were cut short to get back to ship and fireworks were canceled. This was our first time cruise, because if the staff I would consider going on their ship again.
