Choose this cruise as we were informed that this was the best line for Alaska Cruise. How very disappointing. I have taken over 15 cruises (Disney, Carnival, Royal Carrib, Celebrity) and this was the worst.
Took a Princess cruise in 1994 - which was also terrible. Thought we would give it another try. Certainly never will again. Ship was not well kept, staff was not helpful or friendly. Breakfast and lunch were not wonderful. Dinner was doable and dining staff was great in dining room.
Breakfast and lunch selections were not good and there was never enough seating.

Cabins were not well maintained. Had several toilet issues during my time on the ship (as did others in cabins on same level that traveled with me). Cleanliness could have been better. Service could have been better.
