We started off cruising on Carnival Cruises 15 years ago. We loved Carnival, but they didn't offer cruises near our house in the San Francisco bay area. We decided to switch over to Princess for the convenience. our last 6 cruises have been when Princess. 5 on the Grand. Each cruise on the Grand has gotten a little lower quality. This last cruise on the Grand will probably be the last.

When we arrived to start the cruise we had priority boarding. We made it to the counter and discovered they had given out my wife's room card. We then had to wait until they figured out who they gave it to.

we finally made it on board. we were in cabin L 235. as we opened the door we saw that the carpets were stained and the room smelled like a soured mop. There was long black hair in the bed, night stands and shower. one of the two bath towels had what looked like lip stick stains on it. the sliding door to the balcony would not shut all the way or latch. the lock on the connecting door next to us was also broken and kept opening.
