Chose this cruise due to departure port leaving for Alaska. I have travelled with Tui, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity and Cunard before, totalling about 20 cruises. This was my first with Princess so can only compare them to my past experience.

Decor in Ship was very nice, entertainment activities were plentiful and bar staff was very attentive to the heavy drinker. This was the good part.

Dining service poor. Had to leave dinner 3 times due to very slow service. Over one hour before main course served. Waiters did not like to be asked to leave their routine. Read more
