We chose this cruise for the itinerary. The itinerary was wonderful; we thoroughly enjoyed every port.
Our service issues were numerous: a computer error kept us standing at check-in for 20 minutes, two different parties were assigned the same table in the dining room, the Customer Service line was regularly 40 minutes for days, the Customer Service staff gave us incorrect information, the final bill was illegible, our room key was inoperable. All avoidable issues. When these concerns were raised to the Cruise Director, his response was "go have a drink and forget about it". Wow.
The ship is beautiful. Our cabin was exactly as we would have expected it. Most of the on-board entertainment was good.
Celebrity has made changes that reduce the value of drink packages. The prices on the packages have gone up while the price of the drinks has also gone up. Now, Baileys is priced as a "Premium" drink, which means that it cannot be purchased with the Classic Drink Package any more.
We no longer see Celebrity as offering a premium experience due to their recent changes.
We enjoyed our sunset verandah because my wife enjoys watching the ship's wake. This part of the ship was a little noisier than we expected. If you enjoy watching the wake and can tolerate the added noise, this can be a good cabin for you.
We stayed at the Ink Hotel before the cruise; a nice boutique hotel that offered great service.
We didn't find much to do in Cobh; spent a little time shopping. We found it easy to use the Irish Rail to go to Cork for the day to find more to do.
We spent 2 days in Dublin, which gave us time to walk the city and visit the many nice museums.
We enjoyed this city. We found the Beatles Experience over-priced for what it was.
We did a walking tour of the city and a free tour of the Town Hall. Both were very nice.
This was a fun place to walk around and shop.
The bus ride to Paris is long but it's worth it if it's your first trip to Paris. We enjoyed our bus tour of the city and the 3 hours of free time in Paris.

The bus ride to Bruges was only about 40 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our free time in Bruges.
