I was disappointed to say the least especially when comparing this cruise to Norwegians’. There was only one iron per floor. So you had to go to a specific room on your floor and wait to iron all your things. The spots in the ship that probably needed the most AC didn’t have like the lounge for example. It would get so heated in there. Yet the casino and other parts were uncomfortably cold. The food wasn’t the best quality and there wasn’t a ton of variety or culturally diverse. People were smoking weed and continued to smoke even after receiving notices about it. Not sure how that even got on the ship. All rooms should have a window or at least a picture window. I don’t feel it was worth the cost and now sure how the ship was made but I could feel the whole boat rocking the entire time regardless of the deck number. The buffet, cantina, pizza, etc always had such long lines. I mean like 15-20 min wait standing in the heat. There also weren’t as much cool activities on the ship or much variation from day to day. It was hard to ever get a chair by the pool or go in the pool because it was always so overcrowded.
