We had never been to Alaska and found this cruise to be wonderful. All the staff worked very hard to make this a great experience. The ship was a moderate size and somewhat older, but it was hard to tell this, as it was well kept. The food was the best of any cruise so far. The entertainment was first class, and not of poor quality as I have experienced on other cruise lines. The two non-disembarked destinations of Glacier Bay, and College Fiord were the highlight and the best experience of any cruise yet. The embarking and disembarking were extremely easy, and made so that it all goes very smoothly. We have decided that we will look for ships of this size rather than the mega ships for our future cruise choices. Choose excursions carefully. most bus tours can't be duplicated off the ship, but the Seaplane rides are available for half the price. We enjoyed this cruise very much.
