This was our first cruise, and we have chosen NCL, Epic for Spain, Italy cruise, simple, just one week. Fortunately, we booked a Haven, family suite and never regretted. Everything was just fantastic! Suite itself, butler and concierge cervices, organising excursions, service on the ship in general. Especially cruise director, absolutely amazing and surprisingly omnipresent, always wonder how did he manage to be all the time everywhere! They inspired us to take another cruise next year. And now we are planning the new one with MCS. Just compare.

The Haven itself is something one must try, Its a ship inside the ship, with all facilities included, even the gym, not talking about swimming pool and hot tube. One feels really relaxed and special over there. Dining there is just exclusive. Well, one should say in common areas restaurants are not bad as well.

Entertainment was superb, especially circus. Now, looking backwards and having experience with MSC entertainment, I would say it is better to pay for entertainment like in NCL, then waste time in the theatre with numbers of languages, even thought one doesn't pay for it.

Cabin Review

Courtyard Villa with Balcony

Cabin H4

Well organised, with everything you need, Small room for child/children what is important it has two separate bathrooms. Bedroom is relatively small, but it compensates with really convenient sitting room and a balcony. What I do really like is a coffee maker, extremely convenient.

Port Reviews

Cannes

Well organised excursion with well spoken English and knowledgeable guide.

Florence (Livorno)

Those two cities are really gems in Italy
