Second time on Reflection and third time on Celebrity. Been on over 20 RCCL cruises and am a Diamond Plus Member. The ship is fine, clean and very nice staff. We had all 4 perks and used them all. WiFi worked well. Premium drink package was great. Balcony cabin typical of a cruise ship in size and bathroom. Cabin Stewart was just decent. Main dining room was the biggest disappointment as there was nothing special in the dining room in regards to the food, presentation and desserts. Weak menus had us eating 6 times out of the dining room out of 12 nights. The wait staff was excellent but the food was unimpressive and the menu might was well been RCCL’s. Lawn club, Murano and the Porch scored high marks from our group. The many and presentation is what you used to see in the main dining room. Now you have to pay for it and up to $55 per person! Want a choice steak add another $15! Porch best deal on ship at $30 pp and comes with a seafood tower and great desserts. We were the only only ones dining there on the night we went. Next time we book a specialty dining package since the main dining room is mediocre. Aqua spa food is nice in the am. The buffet is better here than RCCL by far but dealing with the people in line and their unsanitary ways is frightening. One passenger decided she did not like her French fries and threw them back in the French fry container in the buffet!! The Solarium which is a haven after touring all day was open to small children from 5-7 pm everyday. You can only imagine the noise they make with a closed glass roof. The rule is you have to be 16+ years old to be in the one adult area on the ship. Not this ship! They said because of the cool weather they wanted to allow children in the Solarium. I like kids and all but when trying to relax I do not want to hear them screaming. Bar staff was great and the Coffee Bar staff was the best on the ship and my favorite place to go. Fitness center was fitted well with machines and weights. Not real busy as many people are more than working out. Spa was decent. $150 for a 50 minute massage. They did have in port specials. Cruise director was great but the entertainment was lacking overall in the theater. Live music in the Central area was better. Casino was ok but not busy and not a lot of energy. We went to 9 ports with one overnight in 12 days so very busy cruise. Easy on and easy off at the ports and disembarkation was very quick. Elite members receive very few benefits when you already have all 4 perks. The free laundry bag was the best of the benefits.
